A smart pup who sells his freedom for peace is no better than a fool. For he hath a gift of immeasurable price yet he has battered it away for specks of sand. Thus even a fool, if he values his liberty as if it were a ship filled with gold, shall in the end, be called the wisest of the wise.

Then I must be a very wise pup, because I understand there is nothing like the freedom to chose where I want to go, when I want to go, and when I want to stay and enjoy a long snooze on Grandma’s couch, when she is not looking that is!
