Let’s Go

What are you waiting for?

Why are you still sitting in that chair?

The day is fast fading,

And I am in a hurry.

What do you mean that you’re too busy?

What do you mean there is work to do?

What could be more important than talking a walk

When the sun is shining,

And the birds are singing?

Put down that book.

Turn off the TV.

Pick up my leash,

And let’s get going,

It’s the perfect day to have

A tail wagging adventure.
